Return & Refund Policy

At Nuravella, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging with protective seals fully intact

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This ensures the safety and integrity of all Nuravella customers.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@nuravella.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any applicable next steps.

Please note: Returns must be approved by our customer care team before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Returns are processed through our international logistics partner, and standard processing or handling costs may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nuravella.com with a photo and brief description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right—quickly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, wellness or supplement products

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at info@nuravella.com.
