Terms & Conditions

Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale

0) Key Information Summary (read this first)

This is a plain‑English summary. It does not replace the full Terms below.

  • Who you contract with: Nuravella.com.

  • Products: non‑prescription health & wellness goods (e.g., food supplements, skincare). Not medical devices. Not for resale.

  • Prices: You see shipping and any fees at checkout.

  • Delivery: standard delivery estimates are shown at productpage and our shipping policy. Delays outside our control (e.g., customs) are not our fault.

  • Faulty goods: If a product is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair/replacement.

  • Subscriptions: two options:

    1. Rolling Monthly (Cancel Anytime): billed each month; cancel any time before the next billing.

    2. Two‑Cycle Commitment (20% off): a fixed‑term subscription for two deliveries (initial order + one identical shipment in ~30 days). After the second delivery it converts to Rolling Monthly unless you cancel. Must provide 5 business days' notice before next billing cycle to cancel through mail.

  • Cancelling is easy: via your account portal, or email us a clear request. No phone calls required.

1) Scope & Acceptance

1.1 These Terms govern your use of www.nuravella.com and purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you order applies to that order.

2) Eligibility & Safe Use

2.1 You must be 18+ to buy from us.

2.2 Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement or skincare routine, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or with a medical condition.

2.3 Use products according to label instructions. Discontinue use if you experience adverse effects and contact a healthcare professional.

3) Prices, Taxes & Duties

3.1 Prices are shown in GBP. We may change prices at any time before you order.

3.2 The customer is solely responsible for fulfilling all legal obligations related to the importation of goods into the country of delivery, including but not limited to the payment of customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

3.3 The merchant does not act as the official importer for products shipped to the customer.

3.4 The customer is responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the importation and use of the purchased products.

3.5 Any additional costs incurred during customs clearance, including administrative fees imposed by the postal or courier service, shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

3.6 The merchant provides the necessary shipping documentation but does not guarantee that the goods will comply with local import regulations. Customers are advised to check import requirements before placing an order.

4) Orders & Contract Formation

4.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an email order confirmation. We may decline for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, stock issues).

4.2 You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide, or to your nominated safe place/collection point.

5) Delivery

5.1 Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., customs inspections, courier strikes, adverse weather). We will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise delay.

5.2 If a parcel is marked Delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, check safe places, neighbours, and collection points. Where appropriate we will assist with a carrier investigation.

5.3 (a) Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier
(b) We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
(c) Delivery to your specified address constitutes completion of our obligations
(d) You must inspect packages upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours

5.4

(a) If delivery fails due to incorrect address or your unavailability, additional charges apply
(b) Packages returned to sender due to customer error are subject to reshipping fees of £15-25
(c) You are responsible for additional customs or handling fees

6) Product Information & Availability

6.1 We try to describe products accurately, but small variations may occur. Packaging may differ from images without affecting the contents. In this case this is not a faulty product.

6.2 Supply is subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will cancel and refund that item.

7) Promotions & Abuse Prevention

7.1 Discount codes and introductory offers may have limits (e.g., one per customer/household). We may cancel orders that breach fair‑use rules.

8) Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

8.1 Cooling‑off (change of mind): You may cancel most distance purchases within 14 days starting the day after delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. See Section 11 for how to cancel and return.

8.2 Hygiene/health‑protection exception: For sealed goods which are not suitable for return once opened, your right to cancel ends once unsealed after delivery. If seals are broken, we cannot accept a return unless the goods are faulty.

8.3 Faulty goods: If goods are faulty, contact us promptly. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required by law. Please provide photos and batch/lot numbers where possible.

8.4 Return logistics: Unless we are 100% at fault, you are responsible for return postage and keeping proof of postage. Return goods in original packaging, with all accessories and any gifts included in the offer.

8.5 Refunds: We will refund using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier). We may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling.

9) Subscriptions

9.1 Types of Plans

  • Rolling Monthly (Cancel Anytime): Billed every month on the date shown in your account. You can cancel any time before the next billing.

  • Two‑Cycle Commitment (20% off): A fixed‑term subscription consisting of two deliveries: (i) your initial order, and (ii) an automatic second shipment approximately 30 days later, replicating the items and quantities of your initial order at the same price (including the 20% discount). After the second delivery, the plan converts to Rolling Monthly unless you cancel.

9.2 Formation, Billing & Renewal

(a) By choosing a subscription at checkout you authorise recurring charges to your payment method for the amounts and frequency shown.
(b) We show the next billing date in your account (See website navigation or log in to your online portal).
(c) If a payment fails, we may retry and/or pause shipments until updated payment is provided.
(d) After the second delivery: The plan becomes Rolling Monthly. You may cancel any time before the next billing date.

9.4 How to Cancel (all future plans)

Cancel in one step via your account portal or email us a clear request (subject line: “Cancel subscription”). We will confirm by email. You don’t have to call us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.5 Changes to Items, Frequency or Price

We may allow you to adjust item quantities or delivery frequency via your account. We may change prices for future cycles with reasonable prior notice and a chance to cancel before the change takes effect.

10) Import, Customs & Compliance

10.1 For deliveries from outside the UK, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for import VAT, duties, and any courier admin fees. Refusing payment may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; we may deduct our actual unrecoverable costs from your refund.

10.2 You are responsible for ensuring that products are lawful for import and use at your delivery address.

11) User Content & Reviews

You are responsible for any content you submit (e.g., reviews). We may use, edit and publish such content. Don’t submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

12) Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it except as necessary to use the site and place orders.

13) Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for (a) indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or (b) any amount exceeding the price paid for the relevant order in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government action, transport interruptions, or customs delays).

15) Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Contact us at info@nuravella.com. We aim to resolve complaints quickly. These Terms are governed by UK and Dutch law.
