Easily absorbed and effective
This product arrived Friday afternoon. I opened it that eve and put some in my water and drank it. I urinated twice. But oh boy, Saturday, I took it twice in water, and I have urinated 20 times but get this..my stomach and, thighs and feet shrunk!!!!!! Water tablets never did this!!! Im.going to just take this in the morning during the week cause I need to sleep but it does not taste bad and mixes well in water. Do not take this with water-inducing fruits like oranges, pineapples and watermelon as you will be in the bathroom for hours! This stuff works! I am on day 10 and I see and feel the difference. I have lymphoedema in my right foot. This weekend I ran 4 miles. I had red wine and I was expecting fluid build-up on my foot, there was none. I worked part-time on my foot Sunday for 4 hours straight and I had on one of my less supportive flat shoes and no swelling.
